If you change your mind, you can return your thermometer within 14 days of receiving it for a refund of the item price.

• For hygiene reasons, please return it unused and in its original packaging.
• Contact us first so we can give you the returns address.
• You pay the cost of sending it back unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Faulty items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
